All service is warrantied for a period of 30 days. Parts are covered for 30 days by us and carry a manufacturers warranty.
Mike's PC Services LLC is NOT resposible for any damages caused to properties.
Mike's PC Services LLC is NOT responsible for data loss.
If any product has a rebate available it can not be claimed by the customer because it was already claimed by us to aide in providing
you a lower price. If you want to claim the rebate yourself be sure that you let us know so that we can charge normal price and provide
the rebate information to you.
Computer systems are warrantied for a period of one year. They also come with technical support for a period of one year. Additional
Support packages maybe puchased at additional cost. Aditional warranty periods may also be purchased at an additional cost.
Extended warranties may be purchased for any product we sell for an additional charge.
Mike's PC Service LLC may from time to time offer rebates on products that we sell. Rebates should be postmarked no later than thirty
days after purchase and include a copy of original purchase receipt along with the UPC from packaging. Rebates will be delivered four to
six weeks after receipt of your form.
If Mike's PC Service LLC replaces any item under warranty it will be of comparable quality and may not be the exact part to be replaced.
Any trademarked names listed here are trademarks of their respective company and Mike's PC Service LLC claims no ownership of the
trademarks what so ever.
Any returned Checks will be charged $35 and after the second returned check no checks will be accepted from the individual.
Mike's PC services LLC accepts Credit cards through Paypal™. You do not need a Paypal™ account in order to make payments.
Any orders for custom parts or manufacturer specific parts must have 50% downpayment before they can be ordered.
Any orders over two hundred dollars must have atleast 50% downpayment.
Any information attained from you will not be given to third parties with out a court order except in the following cases.
- You give us your permission or,
- We need to collect a dept from you that is more than two months past due.
Under Missouri laws we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
